Refund and Returns Policy

At Printel Deziner, we provide customized design, printing, and website development services. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and reprints are handled based on the nature of each service.

1. Payment Structure Policy

Our payment structure depends on the ordering method:

• Direct Website Orders: 100% secure payment is required at checkout for all standard products ordered directly through the website.
• Custom WhatsApp Orders: Advance payment is mandatory before work starts. Design Services (50% advance), Website Development (50% advance), Printing Services (20% advance before design, 50% before printing, Remaining 30% before delivery).

Remaining payment for custom orders must be cleared before final file handover, website access, or product delivery.

2. Design Services – Refund & Cancellation

Design work starts only after receiving the advance or full payment. If the client cancels after work has started:

• 20% of the total project value will be retained for time and effort.
• The remaining eligible amount from the paid balance will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

Partial refunds are applicable only before final design delivery. Revisions are limited and package-based. No refunds are provided after final design files are shared.

3. Website Development – Refund & Cancellation

Website projects require payment to begin. If the client cancels after work has started:

• 20% of the total project value will be deducted.
• The remaining paid balance will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

No refund if: The project is completed, website access/files have been shared, or delays occur due to client-side content or approval issues.

4. Printing Services – Returns & Reprints

• Custom Orders: Custom-printed products (made on order as per the customer’s specific design or requirements) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Pre-ready/Non-Custom Orders: Pre-ready or non-customized products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

If a printing error occurs from our side, a reprint will be provided. No monetary refunds are issued for custom printing orders. Color variation of 15–20% is normal due to CMYK printing standards and is not considered a defect.

5. Payments

• Website Orders: Payments are securely processed online via trusted payment gateways during checkout.
• Custom Orders: Payments are handled via UPI or Bank Transfer based on mutual discussion on WhatsApp.

Payment confirmation confirms acceptance of the agreed scope and terms.

6. Issue Reporting & Resolution

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or project update. Response time may be up to 48 hours. Final resolution will be handled strictly as per company policy.

7. Legal & Policy Rights

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Printel Deziner reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Updated terms will apply immediately once published.
