Payment & Delivery Terms

These Payment & Delivery Terms apply to all services and products offered by Printel Deziner, including design services, printing services, and website development.

1. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is mandatory for all services and products.
  Payment structure depends on the type of service or product, as discussed and agreed before starting the work.

• Work starts only after payment is received.

• Accepted payment methods:

  • UPI

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash (only when the client is physically present)

• Payments are accepted in stages, based on the service or product type and agreed percentage structure.

• Final files, website access, or product delivery will be provided only after full payment is cleared.

• If payment is delayed by the client, the work may be paused or put on hold until payment is received.

• No late payment interest or penalty is charged.

2. Delivery – Design Services

• Design files are delivered via:

  • Email

  • Google Drive

  • WhatsApp

• Delivery timelines are package-based or project-based, not fixed.

• Design delivery time depends on client feedback, approvals, and response time.

• Delays caused due to late feedback or changes requested by the client will affect the delivery timeline.

3. Delivery – Website Services

• Website delivery may include:

  • Live website

  • Admin access

  • File handover (if applicable)

• Website completion time is based on the selected package, and timelines are mentioned clearly in the package details.

• Domain and hosting:

  • Provided by the client or by us depending on the selected package

• Website will be made live or admin access will be shared only after final payment is completed.

4. Delivery – Printing Services

• Printing delivery options:

  • Self pickup

  • Courier delivery

• Delivery charges are free, unless stated otherwise for a specific product.

• Printing delivery time depends on the product and is mentioned in the product description or shared during order confirmation.

• Delivery may be delayed by 2–3 days in rare cases due to raw material availability, workload, or courier delays.

5. General Terms

• All delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.

• Printel Deziner is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond control, such as operational issues, courier delays, or external circumstances.

• These Payment & Delivery Terms are governed by the laws of India.
