Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Printel Deziner, including Design, Printing, and Website Development, for both online and offline clients.

By using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Service Scope

• The scope of work is defined based on:

  • Quotation

  • Selected package

  • WhatsApp or written discussion

• Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and will be charged separately.

2. Client Responsibility

• Any content provided by the client (text, images, logos, brand assets) is the client’s responsibility.

• Printel Deziner is not responsible for copyright or legal issues related to client-provided content.

3. Design & Approval

• Design revisions are package-based.
  Any changes beyond the mentioned revisions will be chargeable.

• Once a design is approved by the client:

  • Printel Deziner is not responsible for errors found after approval

  • Printing based on approved designs is done at the client’s responsibility

4. Website Terms

• Websites are developed without using third-party themes or plugins, unless clearly mentioned.

• Future updates, changes, or maintenance are considered separate services, unless included in the selected package.

• Printel Deziner is responsible for hosting or server-related issues only if hosting is part of the selected package.

5. Printing Terms

• Color variation of 15–20% is normal due to industry-standard CMYK printing and will not be considered a defect.

• Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

• Design ownership is transferred to the client only after full payment is received.

• Printel Deziner reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or social media.

• If a client requests confidentiality in advance, the work will not be showcased.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Printel Deziner is not responsible for indirect losses, including business loss, profit loss, or opportunity loss.

• Liability terms apply strictly as per the agreed service scope and payment terms.

8. Termination of Service

• Printel Deziner reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Client violates agreed terms

  • Payments are delayed

  • Misuse or miscommunication occurs

• Refunds, if applicable, will be handled strictly as per the Refund & Returns Policy already defined for the specific service or product.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR.

• Printel Deziner reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
